Is your hair really limp, flat and lifeless? Tried out thousands of products, but they only made the hair problem worse?

Today I will show/teach you what you can use by yourself to get long, full, shiny and polished hair and you do not need to pay big bucks of money for any fancy hair product or treatment.

The secret is Baking Soda and Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). Aside from being affordable and available, baking soda is a natural ingredient that will soon become your secret beauty ingredient as well. It will make your hair grow like magic

Use some baking soda instead of your regular shampoo, it will improve your hair quality, quantity and clean it thoroughly from grease and dirt, after a few treatments you’ll see how healthy, shiny and strong your hair will look.

Here are 3 most important benefits of using baking soda on your hair:

1.            Baking Soda Promotes Hair Growth
Baking soda will clean your hair better than shampoo can! Using baking soda to get rid of any extra dirt can help your hair grow long and strong!

2.          Baking Soda Maintain Your Hair Colour
Too much sunlight and frequent swimming can damage your hair and it can even change the color of your hair! Baking soda helps remove chlorine from your hair and scalp, protecting it against damage.

3.          Baking Soda Removes Product Residue
Baking soda will help remove any leftover residue from your hair products. Leftover remains from shampoo, conditioner, hair cream or hair spray can weigh down your hair and make it greasy. Baking soda is the perfect remedy to making sure your hair is actually clean.

PREPARATION AND USE:

First Step: Take ½ (quarter) cup of baking soda and mix it with 1 (full) cup of warm water, allow it to dissolve, and apply the homemade baking soda shampoo to a dry or wet hair. Start at the roots and work to the ends. Leave the mixture for 1 – 3 minutes and rinse well with warm water.

Second Step: Mix 1 part of apple cider vinegar with 4 parts of water.  To apply the apple cider vinegar mix, tilt your head backward to avoid getting apple cider vinegar in your eyes. Slowly pour it over your scalp and try to distribute it evenly over the top of your head. Use your fingers to massage it into your scalp and smooth it into your hair from the roots to the tips. Wait for ten to fifteen minutes, this will allow the mix to fully soak into your hair and then rinse your hair with cool water.

WARNING

§   Do not allow the apple cider vinegar mix to get into your eyes as it will sting.
§   Make sure you mixed the vinegar with water.
