HOW TO MAKE AND USE FACIAL SCRUB FOR OILY SKIN BY YOURSELF

Today, I want to show you very effective Facial Scrub that you can easily make and use by yourself to removes and prevent dead cells, black heads and pimples for oily skin.

For oily skin you should scrub at least once a week.  Scrubbing has immense benefits in oily skin because it penetrates deeply to exfoliate, smooth, protect, feed, and nourish your skin.

INGREDIENTS

Sugar: Sugar has benefits of having glycolic acid, a chemical exfoliator that works by loosening the bonds between dead and damaged skin cells.

Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera serves as perfect gliding base for sugar. It has additional anti-aging, anti-inflammatory, anti-acne, antiseptic benefits.

These two ingredients are very easy to get and use. You can even plant your own Aloe Vera yourself. Very soon I will teach you how to plant Aloe Vera yourself. Remember my blog is about teaching you how to be your own Doctor and Dermatologist.

PREPARATION

1.            Wash your hands to make sure the scrub doesn't get contaminated.
2.          Slice off an outer leaf of an Aloe Vera plant.
3.          Remove slabs of clear aloe vera gel and put it in a cup
4.        Take some sugar on your palm and pour Aloe Vera slowly until all the sugar is wet.
5.           Mix the two with your finger of another hand.
6.          Massage this scrub on your face for a minute or two.
7.           Rinse off and pat dry.

As you can see, it is very easy to make this homemade facial scrub.

STORAGE
Do not store this homemade facial scrub; it should be made fresh before use. It takes just a minute or less to prepare.

Note: This homemade facial scrub can irritate sensitive and inflamed skin. In fact, I do discourage scrubbing on the inflamed spot, red spot or irritated skin.
